Weeks 1 to 4

Interviews with key leaders and staff. Review of existing frameworks, culture documents, and operating artifacts. Identification of gaps, inconsistencies, and implicit norms that need to be made explicit.

Framework Design

Weeks 5 to 10

Co-creation of the operating framework with a working group drawn from your leadership. Iterative drafting, stress-testing, and refinement against real organizational scenarios.

Embedding and Handoff

Weeks 11 to 12

Leadership presentation and endorsement process. Implementation roadmap. Handoff documentation ensuring the work continues after the engagement ends.
