I'm an organizational effectiveness consultant and executive coach with 15 years of experience across East Africa and globally.
My work sits at the intersection of organizational design, culture architecture, and people strategy. I specialize in the moment when organizations have outgrown their implicit operating logic: when the norms that held things together at small scale start creating friction at large scale, and someone needs to name what's happening and build what comes next.
I've spent 15 years doing this work inside some of the most ambitious mission-driven organizations on the continent and globally: designing enterprise-wide frameworks, leading culture transformation across organizations of 10,000+ people, managing cross-cutting DEI, learning, and effectiveness portfolios with budgets exceeding $5M, and advising senior leadership through their hardest organizational decisions. I know this work from the inside.
I studied law on a merit and leadership honors scholarship, and hold an international MBA awarded on a merit scholarship focused on African transformation. I bring a legal mind's precision to organizational diagnosis and a builder's orientation to what comes after.
Beyond consulting, I hold board director experience in the health sector and co-founding experience in the leadership and innovation space. Both ground my practice in the realities of governance, organizational accountability, and what it actually takes to build something that lasts.

I do this work because I believe the quality of an organization's internal operating logic is the single most underinvested lever for impact. And because I've spent enough time inside institutions that were doing important work badly, not from malice, but from the absence of the right container, to know that building better systems is genuinely worth doing.
